The roof top ambiance is very relaxing... friendly staff, polite and kind...

Sometimes the bathroom smells bad. plsss always check bathroom...(put more clorox if possible) Since you have in and out random guests... other than that everything is ok..

Good price for the location

The location was great. About 15 minutes of walking to get into bgc like mind muséum and other great stuff like expensive restaurants

The beds are really close to each other, only one bathroom for 10 peoples.

It was just a fair stay. The signal was also kinda weak.

The AC was so cold which really suited my preference for the room to be that cold.

There was no Wifi at all which was contradicting on their ad that they do have Free Wifi. Actually there's a Wifi but we were never able to connect at all!

For the price it's just okay for 1 night.

Wifi only at the reception area and it's too slow! It's hot on upper beds in the dorm even with the AC

What was the highlight of The Fort Budget Hotel- Bonifacio Global City

The room was better than the last time we checked in. And staff was kind.

I liked how affordable the room was. The bunkbed type was very suitable for us who wanted a solo bed for each. And I liked how the staff was so kind enough to provide us 3 electric fans when they had power problems and the electricity was fluctuating so the aircon wasn't fully functional.

I didn't like how the power supply was not stable during our stay. The management explained that it was "unexpected" and it only happened the afternoon of that day (we checked in in the evening). However, according to the people downstairs (the management was in the rooftop), the power was out since the day before our check in. If that were true, then the management lied and that was very unethical. I also didn't like how the management was in the rooftop. Yes, it suited the space but it was extremely inconvenient during the power outage because without the elevator, WE HAD TO TAKE THE STAIRS ALL THE WAY TO 10th FLOOR. And our room was in the 8th floor. What about during fire or emergency? What if we need to get to the management/reception and the elevator broke?

Excellent staffs! Very accomodating.

Excellent staffs! They help us order some foods from outside restaurant. Cozy and spacious rooms.

Parking lot not suitable for SUVs coz of its low ground clearance. Only for small cars. No free toiletries.

Room is good for groups.

Room is good for groups. Staffs were so considerate and undestanding, we got our checkout extended coz we got lost.

The room is quite dim, the other light is not functioning. No wifi in the room.

It was ok, linen are clean and our stay is comfortable,...

It was ok, linen are clean and our stay is comfortable, since they lend us some plates for us to eat comfortably and they provide hot water too.

Its not easy to find. But its a cute hotel. With rooftop and all. Plus the family room has a nice C.R.

Not good fr the price. Better to order a staycation condos if your in short stay. Magsisisi ka talga

Nothing..

Most of the power plugs dont have electricity. Lights is not sufficient in bedrooms. Shower have hot or cold unit but damage. Their receiving area is in 10th floor but the elevator is until 9th floor only. Need to use stairs to get there. Space for Receiving area is so small. No wifi on rooms.
